Sony unveils Cyber-shot DSC-W220
Sony has announced a new addition to its W-series of digital compact cameras. The entry-level DSC-W220 sports a 12MP sensor, 2.7″ LCD, 4x optical zoom and incorporates features that were initially seen only in the premium W models including Intelligent Scene Recognition, Dynamic Range Optimizer, Optical SteadyShot image stabilisation, Smile Shutter technology and HD output. Samsung L100
More from Samsung with three new L series compacts – all taking advantage of Digital Image Stabilization and Intelligent Face Recognition. They also share a 3x optical zoom – the L210 taking the resolution lead with 10.1 million to the L100 and L110s 8.2 megapixels.
